A silver cross pattee, the center medallion presents an L surrounded by seven small stars on a blue enamel field, reverse plain, measures 16. 24mm (w) x 18. 85mm (h inclusive of integral suspension), weighs 2. 5 grams, wear to gilt, fine condition.
