Monumental Antique Georgian Joined Oak Mule Dowry Chest Coffer Yorkshire 1720 Sculpture 52 cm X 48A very good, monumental antique oak mule chest, dowry coffer, Yorkshire, England circa 1720. This chest is of very unusual large size, the lift up lid enclosing a substantial storage area, the front of the coffer with four deeply carved panels and an engraved brass escutcheon lock plate above and the carved initials "C M".
